Kah-Nee-Ta is BACK: Open as of July 17, 2024

The historic hot springs resort was closed in 2018 and reopened to the public in mid-July 2024 after completing a $13 million renovation that included new soaking pools, cabanas, food options and lodging thanks to the efforts of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.

The resort features a variety of hot springs pools, including a double-sized Olympic pool, over 20 private pools, a children’s wading pool, a lodge pool and a hot river, with varying temperatures suitable for all ages.


Kah-Nee-Tah Hot Springs Resort boasts a full range of amenities, including a motel, tribal teepees, RV park, spa services, food trucks and a general store. The resort caters to families and offers a variety of activities.

Kah-Nee-Tah Hot Springs Resort has been a beloved destination for generations. Originally opened in 1962, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation are the current and historical owners.

Kah-Nee-Tah Directions

From Bend, head north on US-97 for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 211 for Kah-Nee-Tah and follow the signs to the resort.
