Oregon Hot Springs Regions (3)

To make it easier to find hot springs in Oregon individual hot pools in the western, eastern and southern geographic regions are listed below.

Regional Climates

The western side of the state predominantly features mountain hot springs in the Cascade Range while the eastern and southern portions of the state feature hot soaks primarily found in high desert climates.

Seasonal Considerations

Western hot springs are best suited for the Summer through Fall soaking season while the high desert core season spans from early Fall through late Spring. Early spring access may not be possible in all regions due to inaccessible roads and trails. River and creek-sided pools and access trails are also often submerged due to spring runoff conditions.
