Lehman Hot Springs East of Ukiah
Presently owned by the Stubblefield family, Lehman Hot Springs is no longer open to the public. According to their Facebook page, they are currently utilizing the hot springs only for private events.
- Location: Blue Mountains, Umatilla County (approximately 16 miles east of Ukiah, Oregon, along Oregon Route 244)
- Current Access Status: Closed to the general public. Casual walk-in or day-use soaking is not available, and trespassing is strictly enforced.

Overview & History
Originally discovered and developed in the 1860s by John Teal and James Lehman, Lehman Hot Springs features multiple mineral pools historically ranging from 88 to 106 degrees Fahrenheit along Warm Spring Creek.
The resort experienced its heyday during the mid-20th century, notably serving as the traditional Senior Sneak destination for Wa-Hi (Walla Walla High School) students nearly every year from 1951 through 1962.
The Stubblefield family has held deep ties to the property since 1925, maintaining ownership for over 55 of the past 100 years. Today, while the historic cabins and pools remain intact, public access has been discontinued.

This would be an excellent place to have to restore and open back up to the public.
This is Sad, I remember how nice it was when I was a child. It was a place I wanted to revisit again. Very Sad
Yes was a good place to relax and provide therapy for sore muscles. Another government over reach with high-handed muscle to shut down private business.
