Regional Climates
The western region of the state features mountain hot springs in the Cascade Range, while the hot soaks in the eastern and southern regions are primarily found in high desert climates.
Seasonal Considerations
Western hot springs are ideal for soaking from summer through fall, while the high desert core season spans from early fall through late spring. Please note that some regions may not be accessible in early spring due to impassable roads and trails. Additionally, river and creek-side pools and access trails are often submerged during spring runoff conditions.
